The Role – Project Planner – Construction
The role will be based from the Hull office, so you must live within commuting distance. Your main duties are as follows; Plan, create and maintain construction schedules; Monitor costs during each phase of a project and inform the required individuals of delays, financing or materials problems; Work with Estimators, buyers and any other individuals required to ensure that items and/or services needed match the needs of the project; Produce any ad-hoc reports required for projects. Other responsibilities will include Health & safety compliance, client meetings and general reporting as and when required. You will be given full autonomy, with the luxury of having an open and friendly management team that is open to new ideas.
