Key Responsibilities – Business Manager / Sales Manager
- To achieve new business field sales growth and maintain key accounts
- Day to day management of the branch (10 employees)
- Generate sustainable growth through strategy and client development
- Management of all business costs including capital purchases
- Personnel management, staff development, disciplinary issues etc
- Responsible for forecasting, planning and budgets
- Hold weekly branch meetings and report to the Directors
- Oversee production to ensure service levels are achieved
- Daily client sales visits within the EC & WC area

- Excellent solution new business and account management skills
- Demonstrable record of new business growth (through product/service)
- Can demonstrate business acumen and commercial awareness
- Man management and staff development
- Exposure of financial management and forecasting
